Cogan’s Farm

Jodi & Brandon’s barn wedding was at the beautiful Cogan’s Farm in Henderson TN. You might remember their engagement session we did there a while back. The whole week the forecast was calling for high chances of rain and thunderstorms for the day of their wedding. There was a lot of hoping and praying for things to change at the last minute. The reception was moved to the barn at Cogan’s farm instead of outside but they held out hope and set up the ceremony beside the lake as originally planned.

Beautiful

It was overcast and a tad humid as the family and wedding party arrived to get the day started but there was still no rain. Even among the stress of it being their wedding day Brandon and Jodi were laid back and had fun enjoying time with their friends. Jodi chose sunflowers and they were perfect against the red of the girls dresses. Jodi carried a ring that her grandfather gave her grandmother tied with lace to her bouquet. We did several first looks once Jodi and her mom had their moment getting her into the dress and each one was sweet and emotional. She looked gorgeous! When Jodi & Brandon had their first moment the pig even came down the aisle to be a part of things.

The ceremony was beautiful and the weather couldn’t have been better as the rain held off until the wedding party had all exited the ceremony and it began to sprinkle as we all headed to the barn for the reception. A little rainbow even made an appearance as we began the reception. Everything was beautiful and perfect and I’m so excited for Brandon & Jodi as they begin their life together. Congratulations!!
