The Columns of Bolivar Bridal Portrait
We did a bridal session with Libera at The Columns in Bolivar TN. Her dress was so stunning. The Columns is a historic home in Bolivar that is rented out for use of events and weddings. It still has the original decor and furniture inside and it is stunning. It’s perfect for an elegant bride like Libera. It has tall windows and a beautiful staircase. They have a lot of original paintings still hanging in the home.
The upstairs of the Columns of Bolivar is not in use currently. But I think they are very slowly taking steps to do some renovating. The upstairs is very large and could be very beneficial to the house as a venue. They also have a couple of rooms upstairs full of antiques that they hopefully will use once they get things finished. I love to see old homes that have been kept up and taken care of.
The grounds of the house are also very beautiful. There’s an area with brick sidewalks and arbors with vines hanging over them. It leads to one of the areas people use for ceremonies. The home also has a beautiful porch on the front with large columns. The yard has beautiful large trees in the back.
