The New Southern 1 year Session | Colton | Tracye’s Photography

I had trouble choosing which pictures to use from Colton and his New Southern 1 year session. I met this sweet little man at his newborn session. He’s such a little sweetheart. I’ve been taking pictures of his family since his oldest sister was tiny. He made us work for his little smiles but they were well worth it.

The New Southern was a great place to go to get away from the cold. After some fun family portraits with Colton and his crew the cake came out and he wasn’t shy at all. He dove right into the cake and then smeared it all over his legs. A lot of times at smash cake sessions you have to do a lot of work to get the little ones to eat the cake. Sometimes we stuff food they already enjoy into the icing so they’ll pick at it. I’m not sure how much Colton actually ate but he played in it perfectly. Happy 1st birthday sweet boy!
