Adoption Day | Baby Parker | Selmer TN

This was the very first adoption day I have gotten to be a part of. Parker’s mom is a good friend, and I have actually gotten to photograph him twice in the past. This sweet little boy has changed so much over the last year. He is so animated and such a little sweetheart.

We showed up at the courthouse in Selmer TN bright and early for his adoption. He has been with his mom now since very shortly after he was born. It was such a great moment to see him officially become her child. Many friends and family were there to be part of this special day. They all had matching shirts to mark the occasion and show their support.

There was a lot of waiting in the beginning but it was well worth it. It was a quick moment in court and then something they had been waiting on for so long became official. It was such a happy adoption day. All in one week he was adopted and turned 1 year old. I’m so incredibly excited for this family and for sweet Parker. It was beyond obvious that he will be loved so much. Congratulations Taylor family!
