The Marlar Family 2024 | Germantown TN

If you’ve read my blog for a while you already know the Marlar family. I get the privilege of catching up with this family briefly once a year for their annual session. So this is the Marlar Family 2024. We had a beautiful day for a session but oh my goodness, the wind was so cold. These kiddos did a great job of acting warm whenever it was time to snap the photo.

For those of you who haven’t been following along, I’ve been photographing these precious kids since they were newborns. From the twins to their younger triplet siblings. I look forward to my session with the Marlar family every single year. This year we met at Johnson Road Park in Germantown TN.

When I tell you the wind was so cold, I am not exaggerating. It had not been this cold for months and had not even been this cold that morning. We were all a bit taken by surprise by the winter feeling the wind brought to our session. But these littles were so great and patient. I am always surprised each year at just how much they have grown since the year before.

We were able to get all the pictures we wanted in a much smaller amount of time and everyone cooperated beautifully. I always hate for this annual session to end but will look forward to next year and see how much this sweet family has grown.
