It’s been a little too long since I’ve gotten to photograph the Brewer family. The kids have gotten soo much bigger. It’s so crazy how much kid faces change at certain ages. They can go from looking like a little kid to a big kid overnight.
We got so lucky with the weather on the day of the session. Our weather has been frigid. It’s been cold enough that kids noses will turn red or they will be cranky because they are too cold. But the day of our session was a great temperature.
I have not been crazy about the time change this year. I never love it, but this year it just really throws a wrench in everything. There’s barely any time to do anything outside before dark. And that really puts a damper on photo sessions. To have it on a week day we have to pull people from work early to have enough daylight.
I’ve been photographing the Brewer family since they got married and became a family. I’m so glad they still bring me around to photograph them as life is changing and growing. But really, these kids need to stop getting older.
