I had such a great time photographing Avery’s senior portraits in Downtown Memphis TN. Avery is a senior in high school in Arlington TN. She also just happens to be the daughter of a good friend of mine. I’ve always thought Avery’s mother is absolutely gorgeous but I’m still amazed going through these images of Avery. I could not narrow this blog post down to just a few images so you are about to get photo overload.
I met Avery and her mother at their home in Lakeland Tn so we could ride together to start her senior portraits in Downtown Memphis TN. We wandered around downtown up and down the roads and ended up on Beale Street. It was pretty bright and sunny but we were able to find several good shady spots. It wasn’t too busy either with it being a weekday afternoon.
We left Downtown and headed to midtown to The Memphis Brooks Museum of Art. There are so many gorgeous areas around Memphis. Randomly enough someone had recently driven up into the front area of the Museum and knocked over several of their statues. The leaves were still pretty in that area and the sunlight was so glowy.
Once we finished up there we headed back towards there house and parked at a friends property. Avery’s dad and sisters met us there and we got some family pictures to wrap up our session. I really loved getting to know Avery and spend a little time with her and her family. Heres to wishing her a congratulations on college and big wishes of a great future.
