Baby Ben | Newborn Session

Baby Ben is my first newborn session in a couple of months. It was a nice change of pace from weddings and large groups. I photographed Ben’s parent’s wedding and his big brother’s milestone session not that long ago. It’s so great to get to catch up and keep up with the life of one of my wedding couples.

Ben is such a laid-back little baby. Big brother was busy the whole time I was there but little Ben didn’t give me too much trouble to stay asleep. He woke up for a bit and insisted on looking around and checking out what was going on but then went right back to sleep. Big Brother was excited to watch what we were doing and even sang me a song to keep us entertained.

I know firsthand just how much crazier and more exhausting life gets when baby number two comes along. There is lots to do and very little sleep. But this session went pretty smooth. I can’t wait to see how much Baby Ben has grown next time I get to photograph him and his family.
