Baby Gower

I’m so excited to meet baby Gower. I’ve known Whitney since she was born and now I get to photograph her family as they get ready for her baby boy. I was also lucky enough to get to photograph their wedding. They had a gorgeous wedding at Cumberland Presbyterian in Jackson TN.

It was not the perfect weather for a session. We went out this week on an incredibly hot, humid day. But Whitney was a real trooper as we walked around trying to find the perfect spots. It’s not easy walking around a lot when you are that pregnant, especially in the humid heat of the south.

We chose the West Tennessee AgResearch and education center in Jackson TN for their maternity session. It is a beautiful location with lots of trees and flowers. They always have whatever flowers are in season. It has several sculptures and a wall of colored bottles. They also have some of the most unique trees I’ve seen around here. It’s a really fun place to do portraits.

I can’t wait to meet this sweet boy!!
