Gideon | Downtown Senior Portrait Session

It’s that time of year again. All the high school seniors are getting their senior portraits done and finishing up all the fun things that come with their senior year. For Gideon, we decided to do a downtown senior portrait session. Jackson Tennessee’s downtown area is not incredibly large but has some great spots for portraits. The buildings have a lot of character and so many colors.

I love to walk around downtown areas and use the different types of textures of walls and murals as a variety of backgrounds. Gideon also wanted to use his car in some of his portraits. So we met at First Presbyterian Church in Jackson, TN to start our session. He had cleaned up his car for the session and it was perfect. It’s always fun to use a gorgeous car as a prop in your sessions.

Being a senior in high school is such a fun and exciting time. There are so many options and so many new things happening. In some ways being a senior in high school is just the beginning of everything.
