Shelby Farms Portraits

I have had some really great sessions and weddings lately but I was really excited to get to explore part of Shelby Farms with John & Jenna this week. I’ve known John for many years now and as usual life got in the way and we haven’t gotten to catch up in quite a long time. I was so excited when John and Jenna got in touch with me about doing their maternity and baby pictures. I met Jenna a while back but have not gotten to spend any time with her until our session.

It was fun catching up and getting to hear more about how they met and ended up together. I always find it interesting when a couple knew each other when they were much younger and just never dated until they reconnected much later. It didn’t take long to see why these two fit well together.

I’m so glad they chose Shelby Farms for their session. It has been many years since I have been there and I had never been to this specific part of it. It was so beautiful. It was so busy with runners and families. I’ll definitely have to go back when I have time to get a mempop and watch the sunset. Hopefully I’ll get a chance to do more Shelby Farms Portraits in the future.

I’m so excited for these two and their new little family. I can’t wait to meet baby Maggie.
