Amelia and Gordon had a gorgeous wedding at K & M Barn at Lewis Farm. It was a gorgeous day and the weather was absolutely perfect. I’m sure these two had a lot of added stress leading up to the wedding. Due to Covid 19 lots of people were having to reschedule weddings or just elope. Their wedding may have been smaller than originally planned but it was still perfect.
Amelia & Gordon
These two have such a fun story of how they met. Their story is something you might see in a Hallmark movie. They actually met by running into one another at Walmart in the produce section. As Amelia put it “We bumped buggies looked up and smiled at each other in an obviously flirty manner.” Definitely a Hallmark movie.
Gordon proposed to Amelia one day when they were gone on a walk. They were walking their dog. When they were done walking Amelia put the dog back in the car. She started to walk around to get in the car and Gordon said “Hey babe”. She turned around and he was down on one knee.
The Wedding
It was an absolutely beautiful day and since it was scaled back it was really relaxed. We were never rushed and the first look was perfect. I always love a first look where the couple is so natural that I get tons of amazing images of them just talking. Amelia and Gordon had their amazing families there and there was so much love. But to be completely honest, I think the two of them were so thrilled to be getting married that the two of them were all they needed. We even moved the ceremony up a bit because they were so ready to get started.
