Engaged

Katie and Matt are engaged. This is such a great couple with so many unique things about their relationship. They decided to go to Union for their engagement session since that is where Matt went to school. It was very windy but otherwise it was a gorgeous spring day. I’ve really enjoyed hearing about these guys story together and am looking forward to their wedding day.

Do any of you from Jackson remember the big tornado that came through and hit Union years ago? Well Matt was there for it. While we walked around I got to hear some stories from that crazy night. I was just a few miles away at my house at the time when it hit. It was such an eerie night and was such a miracle that no one at Union lost their lives in such a huge storm. It really is amazing to see just how much the campus has grown since then.

There are so many places on campus for beautiful portraits and I”m so glad I got to photograph these two here. Can’t wait for the wedding!
