Lauren and Matt | Engaged | Franklin TN

Lauren and Matt are recently engaged! We share mutual friends and we had a fun session in Franklin TN this weekend. Franklin is a gorgeous area in Middle TN. It was a beautiful day for an outdoor portrait session.

Lauren is from St. Louis and Matt is from Mississippi. The two met through mutual friends and even though they lived far apart were able to start up a relationship. And that relationship went on to an engagement.

Our session was the first time that I met Lauren and Matt. They are both so sweet and were so fun to work with. We met at a park in Franklin and started getting to know each other there. From there we went to downtown Franklin. They both live in Franklin now so it was a great place to make some memories.

It was a beautiful day outside so there were lots of people outside enjoying the shops and food downtown. We even ran into some people with two great dane puppies and we had to stop to meet them. I’m always amazed to see a dog as big as a small pony.

I’m so glad that Lauren and Matt took time out of this gorgeous Sunday to spend a couple of hours with me. It’s always great to meet new people and photograph them in a great town.
