Lauren Jeremy engaged
Engagement sessions are important to me. I had a great session with Lauren and Jeremy and am really looking forward to their wedding next month. It was a beautiful day for an engagement session. We got to spend a little time getting to know each other during their session. I love portraits at Pine Hill Park, especially when the grass is tall in the field beside it.
Proposal story
They have the sweetest engagement story. Jeremy had planned ahead and buried a jar with a note in the ground in a field. The two of them were metal detecting. He let her make her way over where the jar was and she ran across the metal top of the jar and it beeped. After a little pushing from Jeremy, Lauren dug it up and pulled out the note that said “will you marry me?” and she turned around to see Jeremy down on one knee with a ring. How sweet is that?? It has to be one of the more unique proposals I’ve heard.
They brought the jar to their engagement session. So we made sure to get some pictures with it. They also brought Jeremy’s guitar.
