Penny got in touch with me and after some discussion decided to hire me to photograph her wedding. We had not gotten a chance to meet yet so I was looking forward to their engagement session in Trenton TN at their new home. We had the craziest situation over the weekend.
I just happened to be in a flower shop while running an unexpected errand for a wedding out of town. While I was standing there waiting a couple walked in to discuss their wedding flowers with the florist. When the bride said her name, I recognized it immediately. I introduced myself to Penny and Mark and we were scheduled to do their engagement session the next day. What are the odds??
When you are hired to photograph someone at their home you never know exactly what to expect. There are places that are absolutely stunning but may not make for the best pictures. There’s also a lot of places that don’t have many spots that have good lighting. But when I pulled up to Penny & Mark’s home for their engagement session in Trenton TN I was pleasantly surprised.
They had a beautiful treeline and giant trees in front of their home that let the light shimmer through just perfectly. They also had a gorgeous pond with a willow beside it. I loved it. And these two were a perfect set of models. Every time they looked at each other they couldn’t help but smile at one another. You really can’t go wrong with a cowboy hat and that dress! I can’t wait for the wedding!!!
