Six-Month-Old

For Williams six-month-old session he and his mom came to Jackson to a private residence that I love to have sessions at. It always has very beautiful light and it is just a really unique yard. We got lucky and had a little bit of a break in the extreme heat we’ve had the last few weeks. It was a little overcast and just cool enough to make it slightly more comfortable.

I have been in awe of this sweet little boys hair since his newborn session six months ago. William has a beautiful head full of dark silky hair. He was so sweet for his newborn session and this session was no different. He even slept through us getting newborn pictures with his sweet pup fancy. His hair is now so curly and adorable. He didn’t make me work too hard for his little grins. All it took was talking to him a few minutes without the camera in front of my face and he would light up.

I’ve had the joy of taking pictures of little Williams family for a while now. I have known his daddy for years, ever since we worked together at camp a few summers when we were younger. And I got the joy of meeting his mom when his dad called me up to take pictures when he proposed. Now I’ve done their wedding and gender reveal also. They are so wonderful to work with and William’s mom was even sweet enough to bring me some Young Living samples to try out so I can decide on a new oil to diffuse in my house. I have to say Christmas Spirit is right up my alley.

I can’t wait to see how much this little man has changed by his one-year session.
