The Barn at Snider Farms | Spring Wedding | Katelyn & Jacob

Katelyn and Jacob had a gorgeous wedding at The Barn at Snider Farms. It was a very rainy day. Even the calming sound of rumbling thunder went on for a while before the ceremony. But at the wonderful Snider Farms, you can still get married outside and be covered from the rain.

The Proposal

Katelyn and Jacob have a fun proposal story. Jacob told Katelyn he was taking her to Nashville for her birthday, but he wanted to walk the dogs at the park before they went. They drove to the park that morning and when they drove up she looked over and saw a mother and her daughter. She told Jacob that it was super sweet for the mother to take her daughter to the park (not knowing the mother was their friend, Emily). They were about to start on the walk when Jacob asked her if I wanted to open her birthday present. He not only handed her her present but both of the dog’s leashes, which she found odd because she didn’t understand why she had to hold all of that. While she was opening her present she saw that Jacob was messing with his jacket, but didn’t really think anything about it. Once she popped open the box, she saw a dog tag. She turned the dog tag over and it said, “Will you marry our daddy?” she turned around to see Jacob down on one knee and he then asked her to marry him!

The wedding was so sweet and fun. The rain didn’t cause any problems. Congratulations to Jacob and Katelyn!!
