After months of emailing and rescheduling, I finally got to meet these two. I also got to do my very first session at this gorgeous venue. . The Cumberland House is also adding a beautiful pavilion outside the historic home so if you are looking for a venue in Jackson this would be a great one.

The Cumberland house was built in 1870 as a wedding gift. This home went through a few owners and was bought in 2007 by a great couple and they decided to share it with others as a wedding venue. It is a beautiful venue with a whimsical garden area for weddings and reception. It is a very unique and intimate setting for a wedding. They also have a beautiful bridal room that you see in some of the pictures. It is all white and so beautiful.

Jasmine and Michael brought along a beautiful little assistant to help me make them smile. I really enjoyed meeting these two and getting to photograph their engagement session. Congratulations you two. I really enjoyed working with you and have no doubt the wedding will be beautiful!
