The Marlar Family

Being allowed to take portraits of the same family for years is such a privilege. I am trusted with special moments. You are allowed to creep into their home or their outings and watch them interact. The Marlar family has had me photographing their family since the twins were newborns. I’m so grateful to have gotten that chance all those years ago to start working with them.

Now the twins are the big sister and brother and the family has triplets. I love to see just how different siblings personalities can be, even when they look just alike. There’s a difference in shyness and boldness. The ones who open up and share with me from the very beginning. And the ones that take a little later into the session to start getting curious about me. These little ones are all five total sweethearts.
