The New Southern Hotel | Ben | Tracye's Photography

It was an incredibly cold day in Jackson and luckily we were planning to be inside the gorgeous The New Southern Hotel in downtown Jackson. Despite the frigid temperatures the sun was shining brightly so the gorgeous ballroom was bright and shining. I’m not positive but to me it looked like it had recently gotten a new paint job. The different shades highlight the gorgeous architecture and detail in the gold room.

I’ve known the Braezeale’s since doing their wedding years ago. Since I’ve been lucky enough to photograph both of their adorable kiddos. Ben had learned a new trick and could spin himself around and around on the smooth floor of the gold room. He’s at the perfect point because he couldn’t quite crawl away as I was photographing him.

He also showed off to me that he knows how to blow raspberries. Although his mom and dad might not have enjoyed the shower they received from it as much as I got a kick out of watching him do it.
