The Thompsons Family Portrait

I am so lucky to have clients that I get to take pictures of over and over. I just love getting to photograph this sweet family. I’ve known the Thompson’s for a while now. I always love working with the Thompsons. We met at church and are all a pretty tight-knit group. These two are two of the most thoughtful humans I have ever met. So it is always a joy to get to spend a little time with them.

It’s always funny to me how a session that can seem like chaos somehow comes together and is still special and memorable. That happens a lot with smaller kids. It only takes a second of smiles and hugs and perfect placement to catch a great image.

We didn’t get to go into the place we originally planned but I think things still worked out well and we got some great images of these sweet kids and I got to meet the newest family member, Rocket. I’m also a huge animal fan so getting to know the four-legged family members is exciting for me.
