Union University Graduate | Jeston | Jackson TN

I’ve probably said this a million times but nothing makes a photographer feel as special as being called to photograph someone they have already photographed. Jeston, a Union University graduate got in touch with me to photograph some pictures of him at his school. This made me feel so good because I had recently photographed him as a groomsman at a wedding. In my mind, this means that someone who has worked with me before enjoyed working with me. And that they liked my work enough to call me for more pictures.

That, my friends, is what we photographers hope for. We got lucky this week and the forecast has been pretty off. It has called for days of rain and thunderstorms and we’ve gotten pretty lucky and not had too much bad weather. I was hoping the rain wouldn’t mess us up. But we were able to get great sunny pictures for Jeston before he graduates and moves back home. Jeston was not the only Union University graduate I’ve gotten to photograph this year and it was really fun photographing him at his school.

Jeston brought along some familiar faces to his session. The groom of the wedding I met him at and a fellow groomsman. These were his two best friends from school so they joined us for some final memories at Union. Union is such a gorgeous campus so it’s always a great place for photos. Especially when those photos wrap up your years of living there and meeting important people in your life.
