University of Memphis Lambuth
University of Memphis Lambuth campus is a really gorgeous place for a session. Large beautiful trees for the light to filter through and rows of brick buildings make the perfect backdrop for pictures. The trees and shade were very welcome the day of this session because it was super hot. But these kids were total troopers in the heat. Henry even left his adorable hat on just long enough for me to get a couple of pictures with it on and some even better ones of him peeking out from under it. I just love babies in cute hats.
The Taylors
As I’ve said in the past when I’ve blogged other sessions with this family, I have known Brian since I was a small kid. We grew up in church together with a very tight-knit group of families. So it is really great that as adults we are now in a class together where our families and our own children get to be family.
I’ve been taking pictures of these kiddos from the very beginning and they are so fun to photograph. They also did so well with their baby brother. When they weren’t in the picture they would run over and try to make him laugh by dancing around and being silly until he couldn’t resist but smile. It never fails that babies smile better for their older siblings than anyone else and Henry is no exception. He loves his big sister and brother and thinks they are hilarious. I know from my family and from growing up with a big brother that your sibling can be your best friend and someone you look up to your whole life. I love watching families grow and watch as kids get older
