Benefits to engagement sessions

I have recently reworked my wedding package and added a complimentary engagement session to my wedding packages because I have come to realize what a benefit it can be. How many of you feel awkward in front of a camera or have a significant other that feels awkward? Or maybe you feel fine in front of the camera just not in front of the total stranger you hired to do your wedding pictures?

I have done several wedding pictures for friends. I have found that it makes the day so smooth and it helps you feel so much for relaxed when you know and trust the person posing you and taking your picture. So I wanted to figure out how to make all my couples feel that way. I’ve found that if we do an engagement session before your wedding I can work with you on feeling more comfortable in your posing and we also get to spend a little time getting to know each other. That way, when I show up for the wedding, we already know each other a bit and have already worked together enough for you to feel more comfortable. You’d be surprised how much smoother your wedding day can be.
