The Oregon Coast Portrait session is absolutely beautiful. There’s no humidity, there are mountains, waterfalls and stunning trees everywhere. And of course the beaches are some of the most stunning I’ve seen. It is a perfect place for a session. We stepped right outside of Camp Magruder for our session.
One thing that isn’t so great is the weather. When I am only there for a few days it can be tricky to find a perfect day. I had plans to meet up with Karen & Jared later in the week and we realized that there was a chance of rain the next few days. Luckily they were very flexible and could make it work that day.
The sunset that day wasn’t colorful but we got so lucky with the fact that the wind wasn’t crazy. Every day that I was there after the wind was whipping our hair around the entire time we were outside. And it was also abnormally warm on the beach that day. So I’d say we chose a great day.
It felt great outside and the fog had lifted a bit so we could see pretty far down the beach. Karen & Jared came over right after work to get changed. It was the first time we had met and they were fun to get to know a bit and spend a couple of hours with. We made our way through the trees and onto the beach. Of course, the water was cold but the air felt wonderful.
I’m so lucky to be able to meet people all over that are willing to spend some time in beautiful places getting their pictures taken. Thank you so much Karen & Jared for taking time to come play with me on the beach.
