Maternity Gowns
Recently I made the decision to buy several new maternity gowns to offer my clients when they have their maternity portraits taken. I decided that I needed to find someone to model them for me so I could show just what they look like. I found several interested people but things kept coming up to make them not able to do it. Fortunately, Ashley is a friend of a friend and was able to make it work.
Ashley met me at our location and we spent a couple of hours together. We drove from spot to spot and I pulled out my pop-up changing room and she would change to the next dress. She was really a trooper because it was a bit humid out and that was a lot of changing to do. We had a beautiful location and the sunlight was absolutely perfect.
Portraits
I think we found the perfect location and I know I found the perfect model. I had planned just to have these pictures to share with my pregnant mamas coming in for portraits but they just came out so great that I had to do a blog post. We had a little discussion about maternity pictures while we were going from place to place. While pregnant you have so many other things going on. And you don’t always feel as beautiful as you may look. But a portrait session can be so fun. And after the baby is born it’s a little hard to remember what your pregnant belly looked like.
