Fall Minis
Here is a sample of Fall mini sessions 2019. I offer mini sessions to my clients twice a year. Once in the spring and once in the fall. I look forward to them all year because I typically get to meet a few new families while also catching up with my “regulars”. It’s so fun to watch the families change and grow each year.
This year the weather made fall minis a little more difficult. Usually, I end up getting to have them on the original date they are set. This year the weather had different plans. It was raining on the original date and then it rained on my rain date. So I had to move a few of my families over to spring minis next year but still had a great turnout.
A beautiful day
It was very sunny and the leaves were at a perfect point of being different colors. The forecast looked like it was going to be cold but in the sun it felt wonderful. I used one of my favorite locations which is a private home in north Jackson. The family is gracious enough to let me come back year after year. Their property is stunning and has tons of options for portraits.
For the most part everyone was there and ready to smile for their pictures. Of course, sometimes things don’t go as smooth as we plan, but we got at least one great portrait of each family. And I always feel like a winner when I can get a family with five children all smiling in one shot. And this year I was able to get multiple portraits for them.
