First Presbyterian Family Session
Today I had a First Presbyterian family session. First Presbyterian Church is a pretty amazing place in the middle of Jackson TN. It has a beautiful old mansion on the property that is a gorgeous backdrop for portraits. The property has lots of beautiful architecture between the mansion and the church. And the giant old trees that cover the property keep it shaded and colorful.
This church also has a parent’s day out program that both my daughter and the Truett’s children have been a part of. It’s a wonderful program and adds to making this location a special place. I met the Truett sons many years ago working at Lakeshore United Methodist Church Camp. James worked alongside me as a counselor for several years and William was a camper when I started and went on to work there also. It’s always great to get to work with people you know.

I”ve also taken pictures of James’ family for years now. His boys are full of character and silliness which makes for great pictures. James purchased a gift certificate for pictures with the family for his mother as a present. William doesn’t live close anymore so since he was going to be in town for the holidays it was the perfect time to get pictures with everyone.
