I really enjoyed getting to meet little Maggie at her Collierville TN newborn session. Having a baby is such a huge change in anyone’s life. You don’t get any sleep but are still expected to go home and figure out how to take care of this small life. And then all the millions of other normal life things that come along. I like to offer in home newborn sessions. I found that for me it was so stressful to try to decide what to pack and what we’d need the first time I took my little ones out of the house. So why not bring the session to the family.

I’ve known sweet Maggie’s dad for quite a long time and have gotten to recently get to know her mom a bit. So it was super special to get to meet her and spend a little time with her. She’s still good and cuddly and wasn’t hard to get to roll up and sleep. She was a dream and slept for almost our entire session without much work on my part.

I was very entertained coming across all the quirky little things around the house. There were some fun decorations and after some conversation I found out they were all chosen by Jenna. It was really fun to hear about each of them. I can’t wait to meet back up with them for Maggie’s next milestone session.
