Wedding at The Country Place

Samantha & Logan’s wedding was my first time at The Country Place, Moscow TN. This place was so gorgeous. The family all stayed in the beautiful lodges and then were able to walk to the chapel where the wedding was held and the barn where they had their reception. If you are having a small intimate wedding then this place should be one that you check out.

The weather was perfect. It wasn’t the snow that they may have hoped for in December but it was just warm enough and the sun was gorgeous. This venue was filled with giant windows and was every photographer’s dream. And if that wasn’t enough to make it the perfect day, Samantha and Logan were the perfect models.

I bragged on them a bit back when I photographed their engagement session but I must say more. These two never needed to be posed. I had to edit through sooo many images because when they were just standing together they would be looking at each other and holding each other in the most perfect way that I had to take a picture. We never had to describe where to put their hands or for Logan to touch her face just so. They were already doing it naturally. It was the sweetest day ever.

These two met during their freshman year of college at Union University. They were in the same group during welcome week. Fast forward to last year to Logan showing up on Samantha’s doorstep at midnight on New Years and proposing. She said yes and that leads us up to this perfect weekend.

The Wedding

The Country Place, Moscow TN was the perfect backdrop for this sweet and romantic wedding. Samantha’s grandfather was their officiant in the service. Her brother read and her grandmother sang a gorgeous song. After everyone was served communion and they were married all their friends and family happily walked over to the reception. It was such a fun party and I’m just so happy for these two. Congratulations and I wish you a lifetime of happiness together.
